About me

Certified French pastry Chef

Sophie 

Born and raised in France, I have been living in London for over five years.

I am a certified French pastry chef (and a crime novel author, but that's another story ;)) and my favourite customer. I bake primarily to please my own taste!

I adore all the recipes I've created and enjoy sharing the knowledge I've gained over my seven years as a pastry chef.

The best reward? Seeing people put on an apron and have fun baking with my recipes. I'm always happy to receive feedback, so let's stay in touch!
